Try Before You Buy Experiences

Buying a preloved dress shouldn't mean compromising the "say yes to the dress" experience - that's why we offer two Try Before You Buy Experiences.

'The One' Experience: With a $50 deposit (shipping included both ways), you can try on this dress at home prior to purchasing it. Should you decide to keep the gown, your $50 will be applied towards the total. If not, return your dress within three days from the date of delivery.

'The Bridal Bundle' Experience: If you’d like to try on more than one dress at home, select the Bridal Bundle. Choose up to three dresses to include in your bundle and pay $100 upfront (shipping included).

What's the process?

1. We'll send over your picks so you can try them on at home and get opinions from your friends and fam.

2. Use the pre-paid shipping label to send back the dresses that didn't work out within three business days. The deposit will go toward the price of your new dream dress.

3. If you didn't find the one, try again! Pick a new set of dresses to bundle and only pay shipping costs. Your deposit will be saved until you find the right fit.

Every dress has been meticulously inspected and any existing wear has been photographed. If your dress is returned with any new signs of wear, you will be charged in full for the price of the dress.

Bridesmaid dresses are not eligible to try on at home, however, our 5-day return policy still applies.
